PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A leaking fire hydrants has flooded a street in South Philadelphia.

It happened Tuesday morning when water rushed onto Passyunk Avenue near the I-76 overpass.

Traffic is still able to get by and the left turning lane has been blocked off.
