Artistic director Miles Cohen says of von Otter, “Long been considered one of the finest singers of her generation. Cohen also explained what the pre-concert lecture is all about.

“It’s just in a room above Perelman Theater, in the Comcast circle. That’s open to all the people attending and they can go there and hear more about the poetry, text, the types of music that they will hear that night. Why the singers may have put together these particular pieces.”
