Man Seriously Injured In West Chester Hit-And-Run

WEST CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) --  Police have found the driver and vehicle involved in a hit and run that seriously injured a man near West Chester University, but are still looking for the driver.

It happened around 12:30 a.m. Sunday along South High Street near Norfolk Avenue in West Chester.

West Goshen Police say the driver of a minivan hit 21-year-old Sayid Murphy of Philadelphia and kept going.

Murphy was taken to Paoli Hospital with what authorities describe as serious injuries.

Investigators say they have since identified the driver and located the vehicle. An interview is pending.
