Third place went to Pan, the debuting Peter Pan origin story with Hugh Jackman. It took in just under $16-million.
The Walk, director Robert Zemeckis' thriller, with Joseph Gordon-Levitt, expanded into wider release this weekend and took in just under $4-million, good for seventh place.
