Person-Of-Interest In Sexual Assault Of Temple Student In Custody For Unrelated Violation
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police tell Eyewitness News that the man seen in surveillance video from a SEPTA train, who was a person-of-interest in the sexual assault of a Temple student, has been taken into custody for a probation violation and is being investigated in the sexual assault and robbery of the female.
At this time, he has not been charged.
The Special Victims Unit is still investigating.
