Police Investigate West Philly Shooting
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Authorities say a 23 year-old man has been taken to the hospital after being shot in West Philadelphia.
It happened around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday night at the 5500 block of Walton Avenue.
Police say the man was shot once in the left thigh and was taken to Presbyterian Hospital. He is in stable condition.
The victim says he was minding his own business when he was shot.
Authorities say seven shell casings were found in the street.
Police are searching for a suspect.
