PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are searching for a missing 16-year-old girl from Philadelphia.

Authorities say Bianca Rivera was last seen at her residence on the 3800 block of North Fairhill Street on Monday, September 14.

Police say she suffers from depression and may be in need of her medication.

Officials describe Bianca as 5’3”, 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. They say she was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers.

Authorities say she has a tattoo with the name “Zadyen” with wings on her chest and a tattoo of a dove with the word “Faith” on her right arm.
