PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A fire broke out in Kensington early Monday morning.

It happened at the 3000 block of Arbor Street around 3:45 am.

Authorities say the fire was placed under control around 4:20 pm.

Neighbors say that the fire started in a vacant property, where smokers are seen going in and out.
