KYW’s Greg Orlandini and Philly Soccer Page writer Eli Pearlman-Storch talk with the second-year pro about his emergence on the Union.
Marquez spent most of last year developing his game with the Harrisburg City Islanders. He talks about what it’s like coming from the Division III University of Redlands in California and making it all the way to the pros.
Then Greg and Eli discuss the possibility of the Union owning a USL affiliate. It is a trend that is growing in Major League Soccer, with Portland, the Red Bulls and the Sounders all having their own minor league teams.
