One Dead, Another Injured In Hit-Run Crash In Juniata
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police are searching for the driver in a hit-and-run crash that left one man dead an another injured in the Juniata section of the city.
It happened around 10:30 p.m. Sunday near East Luzerne and I Streets.
Police say an SUV slammed into another car with two people inside.
Both were rushed to Temple University Hospital, where one of the victims, a man in his 30's, died a short time later. The other man was treated for minor injuries.
Authorities say they found the vehicle believed to be involved in the accident, but the driver remains on the loose.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
