Dozens of volunteers and MANNA staffers shocked Steven Korman as he entered the kitchen. Within seconds, he was wiping tears of joy from his eyes.

"I came in totally focused on work with our people here and to see my family, it's very special, very special."

This is part of MANNA's 25th anniversary. Spokesman Rob Saxon says it's a milestone the hunger-busting organization would not be celebrating if not for Mr. Korman's time, effort, and funding.

"I don't think giving him a plaque or something to put on his desk -- that would be nice -- but to do this, it's something that will live on as long as MANNA is around."

Feeding the needy is a passion of Korman's and he says we're all together in this battle against hunger.
