Jaws Of Life Used To Rescue Off-Duty Philadelphia Police Officer From Crashed Vehicle

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- An off-duty Philadelphia Police officer was involved in a car crash overnight.

The accident happened along the 9500 block of Germantown Avenue just before 1am.

The officer's vehicle flipped over and took out two pine trees. Fire crews had to use the jaws of life to get him out of the truck.

He was treated for bumps and bruises.
