Local Townships Open Cooling Centers, Charging Stations For Residents Affected By Power Outages

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- After Tuesday's storms, thousands are still without power, leading some areas to set up mobile device charging stations and cooling centers.

BURLINGTON COUNTY
Lenola Fire House 229 N. Lenola Rd. for Ice, Water, Cell Phone Charging 8a-8p

Evesham Twp will be opening a cooling and rest station at the Rice School today at 2pm until 10pm and on Friday from 8am until 10pm.

CAMDEN COUNTY
Cooling centers will provide water, air conditioning and a place to charge cell phones and medical devices:

GLOUCESTER COUNTY
Gloucester County and the Red Cross will keep their two reception centers for victims of the storm open until 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 25, and tomorrow, Friday, June 26 from 10:30 a.m. To 6:30 p.m. They will be held at the County Government Services Bldg in Clayton (1200 N. Delsea Drive) and the Mt. Royal Fire Department in East Greenwich (County House Road and Kings Highway).

DELAWARE COUNTY
Delaware County has a shelter set up for residents at Brookhaven Borough Hall with food, ice and charging stations. They also cots for people to sleep there.

The Daily Times office is acting as a charging station.
