New Video Released Of Suspect Who Survived Gun Battle With Off-duty Philadelphia Cop
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police in Philadelphia have released new surveillance video of the robbery suspect who survived a gun battle with an off-duty detective last week.
Police say the man is one of two who held a gun to the detective's head at Rising Sun Pizzeria last Thursday night.
When the suspects started shooting, the detective fired back, killing one of them.
Police think the man who survived may be responsible for several other robberies in the city.
