PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — One of my favorite things to do is to project the over/under win total of every NFL team in June.

On Wednesday, when Bovada LV (full over/under’s listed below) released their 2015 NFL win total numbers, that’s exactly what I did. These three of them, however, are my locks.

Atlanta Falcons: Under 8.5 wins

Bill Belichick went 5-11 in his first season as head coach of the Patriots. Same with Andy Reid, in Philadelphia. Pete Carroll went 7-9 in his first season as head coach of the Seahawks. Bill Parcells went 3-12-1 in his first year as New York Giants head coach.

Dan Quinn is a first-year head coach taking over a putrid 6-10 Atlanta Falcons team, a team that finished dead last in yards allowed (6,372) and yards allowed per game (398.3).

While Atlanta did add some defensive talent in free-agency and they do compete in a potentially weak NFC South division, the Falcons are not a winning football team.

Dallas Cowboys: Under 9.5 wins

Simply, The Dallas Cowboys over-achieved in 2014.

The injury-prone Tony Romo, 35, and his back isn’t getting any younger. Also, people are underrated the loss of DeMarco Murray. Handing the ball off 392 times to the NFL’s rushing leader is a nice luxury to have.

Lastly, the NFC East is arguably the toughest division in football. The Giants (over/under 8.5 wins) are expected to have a bounce back season and even the Redskins (over/under 6.5 wins) are dangerous for a projected last-placed team.

Houston Texans: Over 8.5 wins

Bill O’Brien. I trust him like I trust Chip Kelly, and you’ll see what I mean when this season of HBO’s Hard Knocks airs in August.

O’Brien lead the Texans to a winning season, 9-7, in year one (we saw how hard that is earlier in this piece with Belichick, Carroll, etc.). Now, with first overall pick Jadeveon Clowney expected to contribute, the addition of QB Brian Hoyer, one of the NFL’s top defenses with the NFL’s best defensive player in J.J. Watt, and a very solid draft class, the Texans are poised to win at least nine games in a division that contains the lowly Jaguars and Titans.
