You might be asking what kind of doctor is this? Berating me for not getting in shape.
Actually I am doing just the opposite.

There is no doubt that we all use tricks to get us to be healthier. This is not a bad idea. If bathing suit season helps motivate you it is fine. But when you don’t reach the goal, you have to be calm.

Remember that diet is a lifelong process, not a quick hit like the advertisers will tell you. It is june but you can keep working to your goal. This is not about one week of vacation, it is a lifelong process.
