Does Your City Make The List Of Best Towns For Burger Lovers?

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – There's nothing like a juicy burger on summer day, right?

But if you're in the market for a new home, one thing you may not have considered is your new city's B.D.I, or Burger Density Index.

Real estate site Trulia put together a list using data from Trulia, Yelp and the U.S. Census Bureau to determine the number of households per burger joint in any given city.

Trulia says, "The higher the B.D.I, the more burger-hungry neighbors you'll have to compete with when you're craving a sizzling quarter-pounder (hold the pickles.)"

In Philadelphia, burger-lovers are competing with 1,316 others per hamburger-joint. In Camden, New Jersey the B.D.I is slightly better at 1,290.

Trulia says it calculated the ratio of households to burger joints in each of the 100 largest U.S. metros and then tallied the total number of burger joints in each zip code within those major metros.
