By Lynne Adkins

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Talking about end of life issues is never easy. Now, there's a game to open the discussion.

My Gift of Grace comes from a Philadelphia based company. Partner, Jethro Heiko, says the goal of the game is to get people talking about end of life issues.

There are 47 question cards to play and discuss.

"What is the last meal you would like to eat and who would you like to join you? If you could pick anyone to sing at your memorial service who would it be and what would they sing? Lots of different kinds of questions. They get at what's important to you."

There are no wrong answers, but there will be a winner depending on what others think of your responses. He says everyone ends up winning when sensitive issues are discussed.
