PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Temple University Hospital has a released an update regarding the patients from the deadly Amtrak train derailment in Philadelphia’s Frankford section.

Doctors said previously that they expected all of the patients in critical condition to survive their injuries.
Temple Hospital is the trauma center where many of the most severely injured were taken immediately following the crash.

The cause of the derailment is being investigated by the National Transportation Safety Board and the FBI.
