PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – On today’s APP-tastic and outta SITE – My Om Nom.
Tamagotchi have hit the app store – with the familiar look of the hero of the Cut the Rope games. What makes My Om Nom notable, though, is it doesn’t nickel and dime you with in-app purchases.
Instead, it takes an old-school route, charging $5 upfront but nothing on the back end.
The interaction with the character is fun and, although the game doesn’t have quite the same level of charm as the main series, there’s plenty here to keep younger kids happy.
Check out the My Om Nom app.
