HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) — A loose cow who snarled traffic along a busy New Jersey highway Friday morning has died, police said.

House of Meat in Trenton says the cow escaped from their facility.

Chopper 3 HD was over the scene where it showed the cow on the side of the road near a guardrail.
Investigators did not immediately say how the cow died.
