Police Looking For Man Who Allegedly Photographed A Child's Feet Near The Art Museum

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police want to speak to a man said to have taken odd photographs of a child.

On May 10th around 7 p.m., an 11-year-old male says he was approached by an unknown male at Paine's Park, the skate park near 2500 Spring Garden Street.

That man reportedly offered to buy the boy a soda if he allowed him to photograph his feet.

The unknown male then photographed the boy's feet and asked him to return next week with some of his friends.

"I think anyone who is in to that, it's their own little twist but to do that to a younger person, that's just outrageous," said Joey Pyle.

"It's not normal. This man should be found and should go to the doctor, to a psychologist," said Joseph Hrebanda.

Police describe the man as a black male between 30 and 60 and 5'7" to 6'1" tall. He appeared to have acne or a skin condition on his face, and he was wearing a black t-shirt and Army-style green fatigue pants. Anyone with information should contact them.
