Cops: Woman Charged In Connection With Fatal 2014 Accident
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police announced a female has been charged in connection with a fatal accident in 2014.
Police say on August 1, 2014, Erica Zanczuk, 30, was allegedly driving at a high rate of speed when she lost control of her vehicle and struck 21-year-old Justin Reidy, who was waiting for a bus on the 9900 block of Academy Road.
Reidy, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, was pronounced dead at the scene.
On May 6, 2015, police arrested and charged Zanczuk with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter and related offenses.
