Report: Browns Offer Two First-Round Picks For No. 2 Overall

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- Eagles, Titans, Browns. Oh my.

According to ESPN.com's Cleveland Browns reporter Pat McManamon, the Browns offered two first-round picks to the Tennessee Titans for the No. 2 overall pick in hopes of acquiring Marcus Mariota.

The Browns currently own picks No. 12 and No. 19.

Mariota, of course, has been linked to the Eagles and former Oregon head coach Chip Kelly. Reports indicate Kelly is also looking to move up and acquire the reigning Heisman Trophy winning quarterback.
