UNIONTOWN, Pa. (AP) — A convicted sex offender has been jailed on charges he exposed himself to children by standing naked in the window when school buses stopped near his Pennsylvania home.

Uniontown police say 47-year-old Richard Harbaugh Jr. even kept a journal so he’d know when the various buses stopped near his home.

Harbaugh, who was convicted for sexually assaulting a child in 2009, declined comment after his arrest Tuesday and online court records don’t list an attorney.

Police say a security officer noticed Harbaugh standing naked several times and a bus driver was able to snap a picture last week.
