2 Pedestrians Struck In Northeast Philly

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Officials say two female pedestrians were struck by a car Sunday night in Northeast Philadelphia.

This happened around 10 p.m. at the Roosevelt Boulevard and Tyson Avenue.

Officials say both victims, ages 18 and 15, were taken to Torresdale Hospital. Their conditions are not known at this time.

Officials say the striking driver drove around the block before returning to the scene. They are said to be cooperating with police.

The incident is not being investigated as a hit-and-run.
