New Jersey State Police: Missing Pittsgrove Teen Found Safe
PITTSGROVE, N.J., (CBS) -- State Police say a South Jersey teenager missing since Sunday has been found safe.
Wednesday night police announced 17-year-old Rachael Lynn Manzo was located safely in Florida.
Police say Manzo, of Pittsgrove, was reported missing around 10:30 a.m. Monday and was last seen late Sunday night.
New Jersey State Police detectives said Wednesday that she left her home on her own accord.
According to police, friends reported she had a text conversation with an unknown male on Sunday and may have been planning to meet him.
Since being reported missing, New Jersey State Police said Rachael has been in contact with family and friends.
