Fog Causing Delays At PHL
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia International Airport says a ground delay program has been put in place, delaying arriving flights this morning.
The ground delay will effect all incoming flights until noon due to the low visibility.
Arrivals are currently running an average of 82-minutes behind schedule.
