PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE - Power Nap.
The problem with naps is it's hard to time them right. 20 minutes is ideal, but it's sooo easy to go longer - or not rest long enough.
The Power Nap app lets you get just the right amount of sleep - and wakes you up in time so that you don't feel groggy.
It monitors your sleep, so you get actual rest time, rather than just setting an alarm for a period of time.
Just be warned... it comes with a snooze button.
