Thirty-six-year-old Jason Baldwin is an alleged serial burglar accused of taking part in more than two dozen break-ins in Montgomery, Berks and Chester counties in the summer of 2012. Authorities say he’s been on the run for nearly three years, but that ended Thursday when he was arrested in the Orlando area. Sheriff Russell Bono says social media tips led them to his girlfriend.
