LANGHORNE, Pa. (CBS) — A water main leak prompted the early dismissal of students at a high school in Bucks County Wednesday.
Due to a water main leak outside Neshaminy High School, students at the high school were dismissed at 10 a.m..
A school spokesman said the reason for the early dismissal is that the water service to the building needed to be shut off to make the repairs, which began after the early dismissal.
There was no flooding or damage to the school building.
Around 4:30 p.m., a school spokesman said the water main leak has been repaired and school will resume on a normal schedule Thursday.
The cause of the leak is unknown at this time.
