Animal Care & Control Says Its Kennels Are Full, Urges Philadelphians To Foster Or Adopt A Pup
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Thinking of adding a new pet to the family? Now is the time to do it.
On Wednesday, the Animal Care & Control Team of Philadelphia announced on social media that its facilities are at full capacity.
Dogs are going to happy homes for half-price until Sunday, March 1st.
"Our kennels are full and all dogs are urgent," ACCT posted.
