Platt Bridge Westbound Reopened After Morning Accident
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- A multi-vehicle accident early Friday morning blocked the westbound lanes on the Platt Bridge.
The lane reopened about 30 minutes later, but traffic issues and jams due to the accident remain.
On the eastbound side, all lanes of the bridge remained open.
