PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Ten-year-old John loves playing sports with his friends.

He also likes rap music:
“I make up my own songs.”
And he’s looking for a permanent family who will love him.
“A family means to me they’re going to be respectful and caring and loving,” he says.
