BRISTOL, Pa. (AP) — Police say a 13-year-old girl sent a sexually explicit video involving two juveniles to classmates last month at a suburban Philadelphia middle school.

Bristol Township police said Wednesday the girl faces a charge in juvenile court that’s equivalent to a felony in adult court. They say she wasn’t involved in making the video.

Police confiscated at least 10 cell phones as part of the probe at Franklin Roosevelt Middle School. The girl and her family are cooperating.

Bristol Township Superintendent Samuel Lee said last month the video wasn’t shot on school time or property. He declined to comment on whether the two juveniles shown in the video were students.
