PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 24-year-old man in Strawberry Mansion.
Detectives say they were called to 29th and Chalmers Streets shortly after 11 p.m. Friday where found the victim with a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
