PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Sources tell 94WIP’s Howard Eskin that the Phillies’ will acquire minor league pitchers Zach Eflin and Tom Windle for Jimmy Rollins.

Eflin, a 6’4″, 200-pound right-handed pitcher, has a 3.41 ERA in 49 minor-league starts. Windle, a 6’4″, 215-pound left-handed pitcher, has a 4.26 ERA in 25 starts.

The Padres are the third team involved in the deal, as San Diego has reportedly acquired Matt Kemp from the Dodgers, pending a physical. The Dodgers are acquiring Eflin from the Padres—a 2012 first round pick of theirs—in the Kemp deal.

All of this, is pending Kemp’s physical. Kemp missed 89 games in 2013 and 56 games in 2012, due to a variety of injuries.
