PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say a man was shot three times early Thursday morning in his car in the Oxford Circle Section of Philadelphia.

This happened just after 1 a.m. on the 6600 block of Castor Avenue.

Police say the 41-year-old victim was shot three times in the arm and taken to Aria-Torresdale Hospital in stable condition.

Police are looking for the suspect they say is a black male who they believe fled north on Castor Street after the shooting in a dark red jeep.
