Drexel Hill Man Arrested On Child Porn Charges
DREXEL HILL, Pa. (CBS) – A Drexel Hill man is facing charges for allegedly possessing child pornography.
Police say John Edward Rybnik, 45, was arrested on Wednesday after reportedly admitting to possessing a Yahoo Flickr account used to upload child porn.
Detectives say they were contacted by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) about an individual in Pa. who appeared to have uploaded child porn.
Rybnik now faces 10 counts of child pornography dissemination, 10 counts of sexual abuse of children for possession of child pornography and 10 counts of criminal use of a communications facility. A preliminary hearing is slated for Dec. 9.
