PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Two accidents on I-95 Wednesday morning are tying up traffic and delaying the morning rush even further for drivers.

On I-95 southbound, an accident at the Betsy Ross Bridge has the two left lanes taken out. Wednesday morning rush traffic backed up to about Academy Road.

The right lane of I-95 on the northbound side by the Vine Street Expressway Center City Exit is shut down after a vehicle caught fire on the shoulder.

The accident blocked the center lane for about 15 minutes, before the car was moved to the shoulder and later caught on fire.
