Holiday Helpers Needed At Bartram's Garden

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Got some time next week? If you'd like to get into the holiday spirit and help out too, you can lend a hand at Bartram's Garden as they prepare for their Holiday Greens Sale and Market.

You can sign up online to work volunteer slots in 3-hour increments for every day next week, from Monday December 1st through Saturday the 6th.

If you're able to contribute 10 hours or more, you'll receive a Bartram's Garden membership as a thank you for your time and talents.

What will you be doing? Helping to create holiday centerpieces and decorate wreaths for the Bartram's Handmade Greens Sale coming up on December 5 & 6th. Or you can help set up for and assist during the event.

No experience is necessary, but you could learn a lot, and refreshments will be provided.

It's a great way to kick off the holidays, make some friends, lend a hand and have some fun.
