What They're Saying: About The Dallas Cowboys

By Andrew Porter

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- It's no secret. The Eagles vs. Cowboys game on Thanksgiving day is a monster. The fans know it, the media knows it, and the Eagles know it.

Here is what they're saying about their NFC East rival and Thursday's big game.

Mark Sanchez:

"It's really exciting," Sanchez said on Monday. "It's huge. You hear fans talk about it all the time, people you meet on the street. I mean, even back in June people were just like, 'Hey man, we gotta get Dallas!' It's like, 'What? We haven't even played a game yet. I just signed here.'"

Brent Celek:

"We take on a little bit of what the fans feel," Celek said Sunday. "If a fans dislike a team, we dislike a team. We're all in this thing together. I don't like Dallas. I'm excited to play this game."

Brandon Graham:

"It's on Thanksgiving, everyone will be watching," Graham said Monday. "It's pretty much the Super Bowl to us. Everybody's going to be watching."

Bennie Logan:

"Yeah, they're OK," Logan said. "I don't really know what's great about them. The running back's having a good year running, but I don't see anything spectacular about them. Same offensive line we faced last year and they have one new guy. We faced them [before]. They're OK linemen."

Connor Barwin:

"When I first got here, it didn't take long for people to start telling me how this city felt about Dallas and it continues to grow every week we play, every week we get closer to playing the Cowboys," Barwin said.

LeSean McCoy:

"I think everybody is going to be watching, from real fans to new fans," McCoy said on the 94WIP Players' Lounge Show about the Eagles-Cowboys game on Thanksgiving.

Howie Roseman:

"Thanksgiving week, Dallas Cowboys. What is better than this," said Roseman on Monday during The Howie Roseman Show"First place on the line, I know everyone is as excited as we are up here."

Chip Kelly:

"We're excited about the challenge," Kelly said Monday. "They're a good football team. They proved it last night. They were down by double digits last night and come back and won in New York, on the road. So, we've got a lot of respect for them. We're excited about the opportunity."

"I don't know if we're going to celebrate [Thanksgiving]," Kelly said. We'll see how the game goes."
