Eagles Sign Cornerback Roc Carmichael
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- Welcome back, Roc Carmichael.
On Tuesday, the Eagles announced they have signed cornerback Roc Carmichael to the active roster and placed safety Earl Wolff on injured reserve.
Carmichael, 26, played 13 games for the Eagles last season, recording 16 total tackles and four pass deflections.
