PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Monday will be a beautiful and milder day, with lots of sunshine.

Temperatures will continue to rise into Tuesday, albeit with more clouds in the picture.

A front moves through on Wednesday morning, and that might be the last day you will see readings in the 60s for the rest of the year!

Temperatures will drop into the 30s by Thursday morning, and then you won’t see them get above 40 for the rest of the week. Thursday is a sunny and chilly fall day.

Friday should be partly sunny, but for the morning, we will monitor the potential for a brief rain or snow shower. Yes, I said the ‘S’ word, but no reason to panic!
