
NEWARK, Del. (AP) — A Maryland man has died after being violently beaten in a Delaware grocery store parking lot.
Delaware State Police said Monday that 22-year-old Tyler Stanley of Chesapeake City died Saturday a day after the attack.

The assailant and another man with him then jumped in an SUV and fled.
A 57-year-old woman in the car when the attack happened called 911, and emergency responders tried to revive Stanley, who had become unresponsive. He died the next night.
