PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia police are searching for the Halloween grinch who was caught on tape stealing decorations.

Surveillance cameras were rolling as a car drove past the home. A few moments later, the female suspect got out of the car and approached the home.

The woman spent nearly two minutes trying to remove a Halloween decoration before she was successful.
The suspect then ran from the home with the decoration in her hand.
She is described as a white female, 30-40 years-of-age, 5’4″-5’6″, with a thin build and her hair pulled in a bun. She was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and dark-colored sneakers.
