18-Year-Old Man Shot In Southwest Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Police are investigating the shooting of man in Southwest Philadelphia overnight.

It happened around 1:30 a.m. Monday near 66th Street and Woodland Avenue.

Police say an 18-year-old man was shot in the ankle. He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in stable condition.

There was no word on a suspect or a motive.
