PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — The FAA put Philadelphia International Airport under a ground delay Wednesday morning.
Due to wind, a Traffic Management Program is in effect for arriving flights at PHL. The FAA reports some arriving flights will be delayed an average of 1 hour and 47 minutes.
