PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — On Sunday morning, Pete Rose, undeniably one of the greatest baseball players of all time, will sit down with Lee Cowan and tell him he fully expects to reach the baseball Hall of Fame at some point.
At 9 a.m. EST on CBS Sunday Morning, Cowan and Rose will discuss the matter of Rose’s absence from the hall due to his lifetime ban from Major League Baseball. Rose made it clear that he expects to get in because he deserves it. He just isn’t sure whether or not he will be alive to see it.
