PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The temperatures are just beginning to drop and the days are getting shorter. Now that I have told you the obvious, perhaps I can provide a bit of significant advice that might make a big difference for you next spring and summer.
If you look at advertising for diets, outdoor clothing or exercise plans, they seem to be focused in the spring. It is the best time to market it because people are thinking about bathing suits as summer clothing. Yet if you start watching the calories now and focus on cutting back on sugar and carbs, it can make a big difference, especially if you sprinkle in twenty minutes of aerobic exercise each day.
That is all it takes – think about it. You have six months before April 15. If you start now you won’t have to make a last minute effort.
